Influencing the Organization of the Head and Neck
With every improvement in the organization of the head and neck there is a corresponding improvement in the entire self.
Through the experience and study of several Awareness Through Movement® lessons we will look at ways to influence the organization of the head and neck both directly and indirectly.  The principles of the lessons will then be used to generate ideas for the work in "Functional Integration". 
Participants will also gain insight into different ways that the ATM® lessons can be combined for the teaching of public workshops.

Arlyn Zones became an Assistant Trainer of the Method in 1988 and a Trainer in 1994. She has taught extensively in the U.S., Europe and Australia in more than 30 training programs. In addition, she teaches advanced seminars for Feldenkrais practitioners
